3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
- Payments must be completed through the secure payment methods available at checkout. If a payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance
- Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we confirm it for dispatch.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product unavailability, stock errors, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on destination and courier operations.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number. Gear Zone is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details or courier disruptions beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review our policy for details regarding eligible items, return timeframes (7 days), and hygiene restrictions on pierced earrings.
