Refund policy

At Gear Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help you quickly and fairly.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be purchased directly from Gear Zone.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Valid proof of purchase (order number or customer phone number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
Due to health and hygiene standards, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Pierced earrings cannot be returned once delivered.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Products showing signs of customer wear, alterations, or damage.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. If your jewelry item arrives broken or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of parcel delivery at adark131@gmail.com.
- Please provide your order number alongside a clear photograph or video showing the defect.
- Once verified, we will dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after inspecting the returned item.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If a replacement piece is unavailable, you may select another item of equal value or receive a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged / Incorrect Items: Gear Zone will cover all return shipping and replacement delivery costs.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange an item for a different design, the customer pays the return courier fee (Rs. 200–250). Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will follow our standard return process.
